Diana Stobo is a pioneering force in wellness, known for her transformative approach to gut health and holistic living. After overcoming personal health challenges and losing 100 pounds through mindful eating and detox, Diana became a passionate advocate for holistic health, inspiring thousands to embrace balanced, vibrant lives. She launched The Retreat Costa Rica, an award-winning luxury wellness hotel, to help guests experience deep healing, complemented by farm-to-table cuisine, Ayurvedic practices, and a Michelin-level dining experience.
