Linda Vazin's Biography

Linda’s passion is supporting individuals to feel their best physically and emotionally.  She has supported her clients who range from children, adults, Olympic athletes, and navy SEALS. With a focus in leading individuals to feeling good in their bodies; at peace: complete and whole. 

Her journey working with the physical body began in Graduate and massage school in 1988.  After earning a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and several years of working with athletes and private clients focusing on bodywork, she has added yoga therapy and Pilates to her services. Linda’s unique approach to working with physical injuries includes using massage/fascia release and yoga wall to bring the body back to alignment followed by Pilates to strengthen. 

In 2000, Linda began noticing how individuals’ physical pain were related to their emotional state. This led to her studies in life coaching with clients and introducing dynamic types of breath work to release grief.  

These modalities have not only helped Linda navigate life by finding joy/gratitude in the midst of chaos. They have also allowed her to guide others find relief from physical pain, deep inner peace, emotional balance, and clarity.

Since 2002 Linda has been working full-time with clients at her studio in La Jolla, at their homes and at a variety of retreats. She prides herself in being 100% present for each session and being able to cater to her client’s specific needs using a range of modalities as there is no single approach that is right for everyone.  Her offerings include:

  • Breath Work (yogic and dynamic)
  • TRE (Trauma Release Exercises)
