From sunrise yoga in our mountaintop shala to afternoon strength training in the state-of-the-art Santosha Gym, each day invites you into practices that elevate both body and spirit.
Our daily schedule includes two yoga sessions rooted in mindful breath, alignment, and restoration, complemented by a full range of functional fitness offerings at Santosha Wellness Club, including strength circuits, mobility work, and cardio options with sweeping views of the valley.
